Resilience Profiles
Resilience isn’t a personality trait. It’s a set of measurable factors— and you can build on them.
The RQi® (Resilience Quotient Inventory) is the world’s most comprehensive resilience psychometric — developed by health psychologists and industry experts at Kirros Consulting. Anna Marsden is a certified RQi® Practitioner, trained to administer, interpret and coach from the full report.
What is the Resilience Profile RQi®?
The RQi® measures beliefs, behaviours and environmental factors proven to protect people against stress and burnout. Unlike simple wellbeing surveys, it produces a 25-page personalised report across six elements and 26 sub-scales.
The RQi® is the only resilience psychometric that measures the full range of protective factors, including Work Engagement and Self-Compassion. It draws on over 20 years of supporting evidence from leading health psychologists.

In this way, I intend to use this to promote constructive teamwork in my group projects so that every member feels empowered to make significant contributions.”

Profile Recipient:
Venture Building Programme – Carbon 13
” I liked how important learning about these is to any growing team.
Scientists mostly work in silos, having an understanding on how we act, helps us relate better”

Training Participant:
Pride in Leadership
“This was a really great introduction to [resilience] as it helped me become more aware of myself but also of others.
It also helped me realise that you don’t have to be a certain person to be a leader, but instead you have to be able to support the strengths of others and communicate in a way they best understand.”
