We are thrilled to announce that we have changed our name to Luminescence.

Our small but mighty communications agency, now in its fourth trading year, has matured and – not before time – shed the name that no longer really represented the scope and scale of what we do.

We wanted a brand identity that reflected the transition we have already made from ambitious start-up to successful agency, one that is trusted by some of the UK’s leading media companies, Blue Chip multinationals and most innovative service firms.

We are incredibly excited to introduce our new company name and brand identity: Luminescence.

Our communications agency exists to illuminate complex concepts for your target audience in a way they understand, value and which drives them to action. We turn ambitious professionals into market-leading luminaries and your employees into empowered brand advocates. We put you in the media spotlight – or control the glare. In training, we strive to create the ‘light bulb’ moment in each of our learners.


Luminescence is the emission of light without heat. Trust us – no-one wants ‘heat of the moment’ communications. Luminescence really represents the measured and professional yet enlightening approach we bring to clients’ communications.

Our mission is to become the beacon for the highest quality and best-performing communications in professional services. As a result, Luminescence projects are synonymous with convention-challenging ideas delivered with panache.

What Hasn’t Changed

While our appearance has changed, we continue to deliver the same high-quality Strategy, Content, Public Relations and Training services we always have.

Our team is growing, we are launching this rebrand the week our agency is shortlisted in two categories for CIPR PRide Awards and we still have big ambitions for the business.

We are an agency that has always worn its values on its sleeve. We care about people, about being authentic and about maintaining integrity for us and our clients. These are now encapsulated in our 5 Guiding Values:
